At Redwood Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the provided packing slip.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
